Job summary

Management Solutions, Inc. seeks a senior front-end construction leader who can own pre-construction, strengthen client strategy, mentor the estimating team, and help grow the company into higher-end commercial office and interior build-out work.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in commercial construction, a strong GC or construction management background, and significant pre-construction leadership. Regional South Florida knowledge and a hands-on owner mentality are valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience (required).
• Strong GC or construction management background (required).
• Experience leading pre-construction, estimating, project executive, or BD leadership (required).
• Knowledge of high-end interiors, Class A offices, or corporate interiors (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction and estimating strategy for the company.
• Own conceptual budgeting, proposal strategy, bid coverage, VE, and scope review.
• Develop and strengthen client, architect, broker, owner's rep, and subcontractor relationships.
• Help generate negotiated and relationship-driven work.
• Mentor and raise the standard of the estimating/pre-construction team.
• Improve proposal quality, estimate accuracy, and handoff to Operations.
• Ensure sold work can be built profitably in collaboration with Operations.
• Help build a stronger, scalable front-end process for the company.
• Represent the company professionally in the market.
