Job summary

Everise is hiring a Head of Public Relations to own the PR and communications agenda and elevate the brand across markets. You will build and lead the function, translate complex topics for executives and media, and drive earned coverage that moves deals forward.

This builder role requires 12+ years in PR, with strong B2B experience, agency and in-house exposure, and a track record of scaling a communications function. Expect travel and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in public relations or corporate communications, with senior leadership experience.
• Substantial B2B experience and ability to influence C-suite executives.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a communications function.
• Demonstrated earned-media results and broad channel fluency across earned, owned, and social.

Responsibilities

• Own narrative and messaging; build a coherent Everise story across channels.
• Lead integrated communications calendar aligning press, LinkedIn, executive visibility, content, and campaigns.
• Translate complex regulatory and operational topics into plain language for executives and media.
• Own relationships with reporters, editors, and industry analysts; secure regular coverage.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to link PR to pipeline and deal velocity.
• Lead executive and internal communications; manage issues with Legal, Compliance, HR, and executives.
• Build and lead the PR function, set measurement, and manage budget.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed; work across time zones.
