Job summary

Autoland LLC, based in Woodland Hills, CA, is seeking a hands-on Head of Information Technology & Business Systems to lead our transition to a modern platform-based ecosystem. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years in IT, Business Systems, Integrations, Software Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM/ERP implementations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including architecture, admin, integrations, or data migration.
• Proven track record modernizing legacy platforms to SaaS/platform-based solutions.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or B2B2C environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the business systems ecosystem including Salesforce and future platform investments.
• Define data architecture, system-of-record ownership, and data integration standards.
• Lead Salesforce implementation, administration, integrations, and data strategy with partners.
• Direct platform migration from proprietary software to SaaS-based systems with minimal disruption.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships with MSPs and other partners.
• Oversee budgeting for platforms, subscriptions, and services.
• Lead identity and access management in coordination with cybersecurity and compliance.
• Coach a team transitioning to platform engineering and systems integration.
