Job summary

Autoland LLC in Woodland Hills, CA seeks a hands-on technology executive to lead IT and business systems modernization. You will architect data foundations, manage integrations, and guide the platform transition while staying connected with business leadership and acting as a practitioner.

You will oversee Salesforce, platform engineering, and vendor partnerships, driving secure, scalable solutions with measurable business value in a hybrid, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT, Business Systems, Systems Integration, Software Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• 3+ years leading and developing high-performing technical teams.
• Experience leading enterprise CRM, ERP, or business systems implementations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience including architecture, administration, integrations, or data migration.
• Track record of modernizing or replacing a proprietary or legacy platform with commercial platforms and sequencing cutovers.
• Digital marketplace/fintech/e-commerce/B2B2C experience.
• Strong expertise in APIs, integration platforms, data governance, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience managing technology vendors and implementation partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to translate tech to business concepts.
• Comfortable hands-on leadership in a small company where cross-functional collaboration matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's business systems ecosystem, including Salesforce and future platform investments.
• Define data architecture, system-of-record ownership, and integration standards for cross-platform data sharing.
• Lead Salesforce implementation, administration, integrations, and data strategy with vetted partners.
• Lead migration from proprietary software to modern SaaS/platform-based systems with minimal disruption.
• Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and managed service providers for IT operations and support.
• Own identity and access management and partner on cybersecurity, compliance, and privacy.
• Coach a team transitioning to platform engineering and system integration, and explore automation and AI opportunities.
