Job summary

Alight Solutions in the United States seeks a senior technology executive to lead client-facing platforms and core technology offerings across Health, Navigation, Wealth, and Leaves. Reporting to the CTO, this leader will own end-to-end engineering and evolution of Alight’s platforms, ensuring scalability, security, modern architecture, and alignment with business strategy.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of technology leadership experience
• Proven experience leading platform engineering and client-facing solutions at scale
• Experience with modern architectures (cloud, APIs, microservices, data platforms, AI/ML)
• Experience owning technology across multiple product lines or domains
• Ability to operate in matrixed environments with senior stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end engineering of Alight’s client-facing platforms and solutions across Health, Navigation, Wealth, and Leaves
• Drive standardization and reuse through shared platform capabilities and components
• Ensure platforms are designed for scale, performance, resiliency, and extensibility
• Lead simplification, consolidation, and technical debt reduction initiatives
• Collaborate with Product, Delivery, Data/AI and Infrastructure leadership to align platform strategy with business goals
