Leap Brands, a private equity backed pizza brand, seeks a seasoned Vice President of Operations to oversee the operational excellence of its restaurant group. You will set and enforce standards, drive growth, and ensure a consistently outstanding guest experience across all locations.

In this role, you will lead multi-unit management, develop SOPs, manage budgets, and drive profitability while ensuring quality and safety across 30+ restaurants.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant operations management (30+ locations).
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to travel to different locations as needed.

• Multi-Unit Management: Lead and supervise operational teams across all 30+ restaurant locations.
• Operational Excellence: Develop and implement SOPs and best practices to optimize performance.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets for each location and monitor financial performance.
• Quality Control: Oversee food quality, presentation, and safety standards across locations.
• Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality.
• Staffing and Talent Development: Oversee recruitment, training, and development of management and staff.
• Vendor and Supplier Relationships: Manage supplier relations and procurement.
• Expansion and Growth: Collaborate on expansion strategies and new openings or acquisitions.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track KPIs to improve operations.
• Community Engagement: Build relationships with local communities to enhance brand presence.
