Jet Aviation is seeking a Chief Pilot to lead a private corporate Part 91 flight department. The role provides day-to-day oversight of flight operations, crew scheduling, training, and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader and line pilot with strong judgment and service orientation. The Chief Pilot will work closely with Aviation Director, aircraft owner, and maintenance teams to deliver safe, discreet, and high-quality mission execution.

Qualificações

• Must have demonstrated leadership of flight crews and safety-focused culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across executive and crew stakeholders.
• Experience in flight planning, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for all flight activities under FAR Part 91.
• Serve as PIC as required and maintain currency on assigned aircraft.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure operations comply with FAA regulations and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain flight department policies, procedures, and operating standards.
• Coordinate flight crew scheduling, training, currency, and records.
• Oversee pilot training, recurrent training, and qualification records.
• Maintain flight department records and ensure documentation is current.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, develop, and manage flight crew performance.
• Mentor pilots and foster a collaborative, professional crew environment.
