Job summary

You will work with the Foundation Board, executive leadership, and campaign staff to expand annual philanthropic support and secure diverse funding sources. This role focuses on transformational philanthropy within a leading healthcare system.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in running a comprehensive fund development organization.
• Experience leading philanthropy in a medical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of major gifts, grants and donor stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads fundraising strategy and initiatives.
• Mentor philanthropy officers and staff to grow major gifts.
• Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and board to advance philanthropy goals.
• Oversee budget, metrics, and long-term philanthropic plans.
