Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and builds teams to achieve strategic philanthropic results.
• Sets strategic and operating plans for the Foundation.
• Leads Executive Leadership Team initiatives.
• Provides leadership and evaluation of Foundation staff.
• Manages the Foundation budget.
• Develops annual goals and performance metrics.
• Plans and implements short and long-range philanthropic plans.
• Maintains relations with community organizations and donors.
