Job summary

Covenant Health System Foundation seeks a Senior Philanthropy Officer to raise gifts for Covenant Health projects and programs. This role manages donor relationships, cultivates prospects, and advances strategic fundraising initiatives with a focus on major gifts.

You will identify, solicit, and steward donors, maintain a significant donor portfolio across key service lines, and work with limited supervision to meet fundraising goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
• 5 years experience in major gift fundraising for a health care organization or closely related industry.
• Master's Degree (preferred).

Required Qualifications:
