• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 5+ years of fundraising experience in a nonprofit setting with a track record of annual and major gifts.
• Experience leading teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
• CFRE certification preferred.
• Comfort with executive level communication and board presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a comprehensive fundraising strategy and manage endowment growth.
• Build and manage a donor portfolio, engaging prospects and securing multi-year commitments.
• Oversee annual giving, major gifts, campaigns and special initiatives.
• Forecast revenue and report trends to the Executive Director and Board.
