Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead the non-dispensing digital front door pharmacy supporting HUB services. As Pharmacist in Charge, you will ensure regulatory compliance, clinical integrity, and operational excellence while engaging clients for program implementation and quality assurance.

This onsite Louisville role requires KY licensure and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Minimum 5+ years of pharmacy experience with leadership/regulatory oversight responsibilities.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Kentucky.
• Ability to obtain additional state licensure as directed by the business.
• Experience as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or equivalent leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-dispensing HUB services and ensure adherence to clinical standards and client requirements.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for the non-dispensing pharmacy and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HUB leadership to meet SLAs and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with patient HUB teams for accurate prescription intake and benefits verification.
• Maintain licensure, inspections, audits, and regulatory documentation.
