Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Director of Pharmacy Operations to lead its non-dispensing digital front door pharmacy, serving as Pharmacist in Charge and ensuring regulatory compliance across programs in Louisville, KY. The role collaborates with HUB leadership to drive performance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will hold a PharmD or B.S. Pharmacy, possess Kentucky licensure, and have 5+ years of leadership in regulated pharmacy settings.

Qualifications

• B.S. Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Minimum 5+ years of pharmacy experience, including leadership and regulatory oversight responsibilities.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist licenses in Kentucky.
• Prior experience as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or comparable leadership role preferred.
• Ability to obtain additional state licensure as directed by the business.
• Strong knowledge of non-dispensing pharmacy requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting HUB services, non-commercial dispensing programs, or related regulatory environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-dispensing HUB services, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and client requirements.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge for the non-dispensing pharmacy, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Partner with HUB leadership to meet SLAs and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with patient HUB teams for accurate prescription intake and documentation.
• Maintain licensure, inspections, audits, policies, and recordkeeping.
• Provide SME input in client meetings, audits, and implementation discussions.
• Offer consultative support to prescribers, patients, and internal teams in a non-dispensing model.
• Oversee staff and technicians with proper supervision and regulatory adherence.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, QA, and security protocols are followed.
• Lead CQI initiatives and readiness for inspections and audits.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Support growth initiatives including licensing in additional states.
