• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support CHFA's strategic plan.
• Lead programs for recruitment, retention, employee development and engagement.
• Oversee talent acquisition, interviewing and hiring for managerial/exempt roles.
• Design and maintain CHFA compensation plans and wage surveys.
• Establish performance management processes with measurable goals.
