• Strong strategic and advisory skills to partner with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic talent and culture efforts across a diverse, unionized organization.
• Oversee HR policy, labor relations, and compliance in partnership with legal counsel.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and external trends.
• Present people analytics and HR matters to the Board of Directors.
• Support succession planning, learning and development, and performance management.
