You will partner with the CEO and executive team to drive growth, allocate resources, and optimize the capital structure across global operations in high-growth manufacturing sectors. The role emphasizes fundraising, investor relations, risk management, and strategic financial planning, with a focus on governance, compliance (ISO 9001, AS9100, ITAR), and long-term value

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial leadership in manufacturing/industries like aerospace or medical devices.
• Proven fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets experience.
• Strong cost accounting, revenue recognition, and financial modeling in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
• Advise CEO and exec team on financial performance, risk, and investments.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, GAAP/IFRS/SEC reporting compliance, and audits.
• Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and cash flow for expansion.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities, due diligence, integration, and licensing deals.
