Job summary

The State of Georgia seeks a Vice President of Institutional Advancement to lead Augusta Technical College’s fundraising program, guiding major gifts, capital campaigns, and donor engagement. You will align advancement with the college’s strategic goals and build a broad base of philanthropic support.

You will partner with the President and Foundation Board, manage relationships with donors and government partners, and expand programs like alumni relations and planned giving to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with proven success in fundraising programs.
• Master’s degree and extensive senior advancement experience preferred.
• Experience leading annual, major gift, and capital campaigns in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and major gift campaigns for Augusta Tech Foundation.
• Cultivate and solicit major donors, alumni, and corporate partners.
• Develop policies for fundraising operations, grants, and donor relations.
• Collaborate with the President and Board to advance institutional priorities.
