Roberts Hawaiʻi, a multi-island hospitality and transportation leader, seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to lead people strategy and the HR function. You will partner with the President and CEO to align talent, culture, and operations with strategic goals, driving accountability and owner-employee performance across the organization.

You will shape workforce plans, leadership development, and performance management, while guiding compensation, benefits, and ESOP activities.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible HR experience including senior leadership in a multi-location organization.
Experience in workforce planning, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, performance management, HR technology, policies, and record‑keeping.

Mansioni

Serve as trusted advisor to the President/CEO and leadership team on organizational design and workforce strategy.
Lead day-to-day HR operations and drive modernization across islands.
Develop enterprise-wide HR strategy aligned to growth, sustainability, and ESOP goals.
Oversee compensation philosophy, benefits, and pay practices to maintain equity and retention.
Provide executive leadership for ESOP administration and employee-owner education.
Foster ownership culture, employee engagement, internal communications, and culture-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and safety requirements.
