San Francisco Fire Credit Union is seeking an accomplished, mission-driven Chief People Officer to join its executive leadership and steer the transformation of the organization’s people strategy.

Reporting to the President and CEO, the CPO will serve as a strategic business partner, aligning talent, culture, organizational capabilities, and workforce planning with the Credit Union’s growth objectives and long-term vision.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated success in a senior HR leadership role.
• Experience leading HR transformation and building people infrastructure in a growing financial institution or similarly regulated organization.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee human resources and learning and development, including talent acquisition and retention, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, and total rewards.
• Use technology, data, and workforce insights to guide decision-making; equip leaders to manage effectively; foster an inclusive, collaborative and accountable culture.
