Job summary

Axis Communications seeks a Director of HR, Americas to own the people strategy across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for a $1.5B business. You’ll lead a 20-person team, sit on the Americas Executive Team, and influence global HR direction from Sweden, with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including 5+ years at the executive table.
• Multi-country experience leading managers and teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into people programs.

• Be the voice of people at the executive table and advise leaders on career decisions.
• Lead workforce planning, org design, and change initiatives to match business growth.
• Build the bench through attracting, developing, and retaining great people.
• Strengthen succession planning and leadership development across the Americas.
