Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the entire company while following federal and state laws.
• Directs payroll oversight to ensure accurate, timely payroll administration and compliance.
• Oversees employment onboarding, training, and employee relations programs across divisions.
• Coordinates organizational planning and development to support succession and staffing needs.
• Provides education and materials to line management and employees through workshops and manuals.
