Job summary

Electromed, Inc. is seeking a VP of Human Resources to lead people strategy, culture, and workforce planning across multiple states. The role oversees talent management, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and compliance while partnering with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness.

Requires 5–8 years in HR leadership, multi-state experience, and strong communication. Hybrid/remote options are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Five to eight years of HR leadership experience in varied environments.
Experience with multi-state employment laws and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s HR strategy in alignment with business goals.
Oversee HR programs, policies, and payroll/benefits administration.
Lead talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leaders to address workforce challenges across states.
