Qualifications

• 18–25 years of progressive experience in HR, staffing, workforce solutions, HR services or related sectors.
• 7+ years of experience in senior leadership / CXO / P&L roles.
• Proven experience leading an enterprise HR function and scaling staffing/workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy, operations and payroll, ensuring compliance and performance management.
• Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR technology adoption.
• Own pricing, profitability, and client relationships for Staffing & Workforce Development.
