The City of Charlotte is seeking a Director of People and Culture to lead HR operations, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness for the transit agency during a period of regional governance transition.
You will align talent strategies with operational priorities, ensure compliance, and partner with executive leadership to shape a sustainable, customer‑focused workforce for the Charlotte region.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in HR, workforce development, or organizational leadership.
- Experience leading executive HR functions and ensuring compliance.
- Public-sector or transit leadership experience preferred.

- Translate agency priorities into workforce strategies, programs, and measurable outcomes.
