Job summary

Windsor is seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership for HR operations, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and leave administration. This role leads a team of HR Generalists and partners with field and corporate leaders to ensure Windsor’s values are embedded in every HR program.

The Director will drive operational excellence, manage the department budget, and ensure adherence to employment laws across states, Canada, and Puerto Rico, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting upper management in a multi-location environment.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations, payroll, benefits, and leave programs.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom HRIS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations, payroll, benefits, and leave administration.
• Oversee HRIS system administration and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with EEOC, OSHA, and applicable employment laws.
• Provide executive coaching and counsel to field and corporate leaders.
• Foster Windsor's culture and employee engagement across the organization.
