Job summary

TrueScripts Management Services seeks a strategic Sr. General Counsel to guide the company through the highly regulated PBM and healthcare landscape.

You will chair executive discussions, shape regulatory compliance, and craft essential contracts with health plans, manufacturers, and providers. The role requires business acumen, strong judgment, and the ability to balance risk with growth, governance, and ESOP‑related considerations.

Qualifications

• Seasoned attorney with strong legal judgment in healthcare, PBM, and regulated environments.
• Experience advising senior executives on complex legal and regulatory matters.
• Familiarity with CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid matters related to PBM and health plans.
• Proven ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal legal advisor to President/CEO and Executive Committee.
• Provide practical legal guidance on strategic initiatives, regulatory risk, and enterprise‑level issues.
• Lead PBM, healthcare, regulatory, and commercial contracting counsel across the organization.
• Oversee disputes, audits, regulatory matters, and coordination with outside counsel.
• Develop scalable legal processes and templates to support a growing PBM.
• Partner with leadership to align governance, ESOP, and risk management with business needs.
