Responsibilities

• Leads the development and implementation of System-wide Managed Care strategy.
• Oversees day-to-day Managed Care staff operations.
• Negotiates with external payers on behalf of UNC Health Care System.
• Manages analytics for contract modeling and special projects.
• Leads provider enrollment for delegated credentialing & budget management.
• Partners with revenue cycle and legal teams on contract strategy and enforcement.
