Qualifications

• Masters or post-graduate degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of clinical leadership experience or 5 years in executive roles.
• Registered Nurse license in North Dakota upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required upon hire.
• Preferred: Critical Access leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide strategic direction for patient care and safety.
• Mentor senior leaders and align clinical priorities with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executives to optimize quality, safety, and patient experience.
