Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and guide the pharmacy team, ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered pharmaceutical care delivery. You will oversee prescribing safety, workflow efficiency, and collaboration with physicians to resolve medication issues.

The role requires strong clinical expertise, proven leadership, and a focus on continuous learning and process optimization to drive departmental success within a faith-based health system.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree or BS in Pharmacy.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent pharmacy work experience.
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in North Dakota.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor pharmacy operations with clinical initiatives responsibilities as applicable.
• Educate, mentor, and evaluate pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to improve pharmaceutical care.
• Educate other health care professionals regarding medications to promote optimal patient care.
• Trains and participates with Disaster Team drills and real-event responses as assigned.
• Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers as necessary.
