• Direct and coordinate the patient care, administration, education and research functions of the PALMS.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and maintain quality measures for patient services.
• Act as CLIA Laboratory Director and guide performance-improvement activities acrossPALMS and related outreach functions.
