Job summary

The National Labor Relations Board seeks a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist (Chief of Litigation Services) to lead the Litigation Services Section in the Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Branch. You will supervise staff, coordinate with attorneys, and prepare complex court filings and appellate briefs for the U.S.

Courts of Appeals and the Supreme Court, ensuring accurate interpretation of laws and rules.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing records and other documents for filing in the courts and other litigation activities.
• Experience conducting legal research on court rules and agency regulations; writing summaries or analyses of court decisions, rules and statutes, or other legal documents.
• Experience collaborating with different offices or agencies to ensure the accurate interpretation of applicable laws and regulations.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing complex court filings, including records, cert lists, and appellate briefs.
