Qualifications

• Education: ABA-accredited law school and the first professional degree (J.D. or LL.B.).
• Bar membership in good standing in a U.S. state, D.C., or Puerto Rico.
• One year of specialized experience at GS-13 level in appellate labor law and related duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cases involving enforcement litigation in the U.S. Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and opinions for appellate proceedings.
• Present oral arguments or make other oral presentations recommending dispositions.
