  • One year of specialized experience at GS-13 level in appellate labor law and related duties.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cases involving enforcement litigation in the U.S. Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
  • Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and opinions for appellate proceedings.
  • Present oral arguments or make other oral presentations recommending dispositions.
