Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Graduate of an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current NCCPA certification.
• Current New York State licensure and registration as a Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of five years of progressive clinical PA experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, or program-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative leadership and day-to-day supervision of Physician Assistants in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Develops staffing and coverage models that align PA resources with clinical needs.
• Manages PA schedules, assignments, time-off requests, and coverage plans.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning; conducts evaluations and coaching.
• Develops standardized workflows and PA responsibilities within Diagnostic Radiology; collaborates with radiologists and operations teams.
