Qualifications

• Preferred: 5+ years as inpatient PA in Interventional Cardiology.
• Preferred: experience mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to 30+ PAs on the Interventional Cardiology Service.
• Ensure policies are followed and credentialing guidelines are met.
• Create and maintain schedules, including overtime management.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; lead special projects as assigned.
