Job summary

Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) invites applications for the Vice President of Student Affairs & Chief Outcomes Officer. The VPSA will provide vision, strategy, and leadership to ensure CCRI students achieve excellent outcomes across remediation, retention, graduation, transfer, and employment.

The role requires fostering student-centered academics, partnerships, and measurable, outcome-driven programs.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required in Education, Business, Public Administration or related field.
• Five+ years of senior-level experience in a large, outcomes-driven institution.
• Proven track record launching and leading innovative programs and delivering results.
• Comfortable leading change with confidence and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCRI to be the best community college in New England.
• Develop student-centered academics and support services.
• Create clear academic and workforce pathways for entering students.
• Oversee enrollment management, advising, financial aid, records, and student services.
• Build strategic partnerships with national and local partners to improve programs.
