Belmont College is seeking a Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs to serve as the chief academic and student affairs officer. The role reports to the Executive Vice President and oversees academic programs, student services, accreditation, and reporting.

The VP will lead curriculum development, assessment, and enrollment strategies. Requirements include a Doctoral Degree in Higher Education, 5+ years of administrative experience as a Dean of Academic Affairs, and proficiency with MS

Qualificações

• A Doctoral Degree in Higher Education or a comparable terminal degree.
• Full-time teaching experience with a preference at the technical and/or community college level.
• Minimum of 5 years administrative experience as a Dean of Academic Affairs.
• Familiarity with the MS Office Suite, Apple Products, and other realms of technology.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality academic programs.
• Provide leadership for academic assessment, effectiveness, curriculum, course, and program development.
• Provide leadership for the curriculum including but not limited to the development of new academic programming, general education courses, technical courses, and transfer articulation agreements.
• Meet and maintain accreditation standards and reporting for academic programming.
• Create, assess, implement, and evaluate models for Faculty/Student services and student success.
• Coordinate and lead enrollment management with EVP and other stakeholders.
• Advise President and Board of Trustees as required.
• Oversee student services and ensure compliance across departments.
