Job summary

Premier is seeking a Vice President of Management Services to lead hospital supply chain operations and transformation projects. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, best-practice standardization, and development of shared services to drive efficiency across client organizations.

The VP will oversee inventory management, purchasing, strategic sourcing, value analysis, and performance management, traveling up to 81-100% within the US.

Qualifications

Knowledge of healthcare supply chain management principals and concepts.
Extensive leadership experience; developing and implementing short- and long-term strategy and leading teams.
Project and change management capability.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with healthcare supply chain information systems.

Responsibilities

Provide overall operational and strategic leadership for Hospital's Supply Chain.
Identify and standardize best practices and develop shared services to create efficiencies.
Lead, mentor, and develop staff; build relationships with C-Suite and clinical/business leaders.
