Job summary

LeeBoy, a leader in asphalt pavers and road maintenance equipment, seeks a COO to drive operational excellence and technological advancement. The role partners with the CEO to execute the strategic plan, align manufacturing, supply chain and EH&S, and push for continuous improvement to sustain growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations or related technical field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing or industrial operations, with senior executive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO and Executive Management to develop and execute long-term strategic plan with accountability for performance.
• Establish a technical vision and roadmap to position LEEBOY as a leader in innovation, quality and efficiency.
• Lead directors and managers across manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and EH&S.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity, reduce costs and elevate product quality.
• Oversee annual operating plans, budgets and resource allocation to support priorities.
• Champion evaluation and implementation of new technologies, automation and process improvements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Design Engineering and Product Development.
• Represent the company in key customer relationships and industry forums.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions to meet financial and operational targets.
