Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a visionary VP of Operations to drive operational excellence across a large manufacturing site. You will lead Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities, partnering with Quality, EHS, and Global Supply Chain to scale growth, improve efficiency, and deliver strong financial results.

The role requires 10–15+ years in manufacturing, a proven track record of building high-performing teams, and deep Lean/Six Sigma expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and scale a large operations organization to align with strategy and growth.
  • Build a high-performance team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Develop strategic growth plans including capacity expansion and process optimization.
  • Own full P&L performance, manage budgets, and drive margin expansion.
  • Monitor KPIs across safety, quality, delivery, and cost, reporting to executives.
  • Ensure ISO/FDA regulatory compliance and cross-functional alignment.
  • Collaborate with Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D and Finance.
  • Provide regular, accurate financial/operational reporting to leadership.
  • Lead annual operating plans, budgets, and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Foster a strong safety culture and environmental health practices.
  • Support M&A activities and integration when needed.
  • Ensure infrastructure, systems, and technologies support current and future growth.

The Vice President of Operations is a key leader responsible for driving operational excellence in a large complex manufacturing site. This role provides strategic and tactical leadership to Production, Manufacturing Engineering, and Facilities/Maintenance while working with center led functions of Quality, EHS, and Global Supply Chain. The VP of Operations partners closely with executive leadership to shape and execute the company’s business strategy, ensuring scalable growth, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.

This role carries full P&L accountability, with success measured by performance against budget, operational KPIs, and the ability to build a high-performing, continuous improvement-driven organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale a large operations organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and growth objectives.
  • Build and foster a high-performance team focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive operational excellence initiatives, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, to improve quality, cost, delivery, and continous improvement.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including capacity expansion, process optimization, and operational scalability.
  • Own full P&L performance, ensuring achievement of financial targets, cost control, and margin expansion.
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously improve key performance indicators across safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including ISO and FDA requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Quality, EHS/Facilities, Supply Chain, Commercial, R&D, and Finance teams to align operational capabilities with customer and market needs.
  • Provide regular, accurate, and insightful reporting on operational and financial performance to executive leadership.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans, budgets, and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all environmental, health, and safety standards.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and integration activities, including participation in due diligence as needed.
  • Ensure infrastructure, systems, and technologies support current operations and future growth.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
  • 10-15+ Years experience in manufacturing; CDMO/Med Device industry experience preferre.
  • Demonstrated success leading a production operation to achieve a balanced scorecard (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams to deliver results and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong continuous improvement mindset, with experience working within a lean, six sigma organization.
  • Data driven mindset -Uses KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to drive performance
  • Experience leading an organization through change.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively across the enterprise, including close collaboration with commercial teams and clear communication with senior leadership.

Compensation
  • The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated salary range is $225,000.00 to $300,000.00 .
