Job summary

Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) seeks an Executive Director of Operations to lead the day-to-day performance across locations in Ohio, partnering with the CEO and physician leadership to drive growth and exceptional patient experiences.

You will build scalable systems, coach senior leaders, and ensure operational excellence while aligning with Aesthetic Partners’ shared services and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Multi-location medical aesthetics or high-touch service experience is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with operating budgets and metrics-driven decisions.
• Ability to translate strategy into operational execution and measurable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations and service lines.
• Develop scalable workflows and standards to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Lead and develop operational leaders; oversee workforce planning and succession.
• Partner with physicians and executive leadership to drive growth and patient experience.
• Champion continuous improvement and alignment with the CEO and Aesthetic Partners.
