Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon with a strong interest in facial aesthetic surgery. The role offers the platform, patient demand, and referral base to build a distinctive facial aesthetics practice within an established physician-led organization.

The primary focus is facial aesthetic surgery. Based on training and professional interests, the surgeon may also develop a balanced practice that includes breast surgery and body contouring. Experienced surgeons, graduating residents, and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Practice profile

Founded in 1997, CAPS serves Central Ohio through locations in Upper Arlington, Gahanna, Bridge Park, and Polaris. Its multidisciplinary team includes seven board-certified plastic surgeons, a board-certified dermatologist, experienced injectors, laser specialists, medical aestheticians, and wellness professionals.

This integrated model gives patients continuity across surgical and nonsurgical care. It also creates a substantial referral network that can accelerate practice development for the incoming surgeon.

Clinical scope

The surgeon will build a practice centered on facial aesthetics, supported by a high-volume multidisciplinary environment. The role can include breast and body aesthetic procedures according to the surgeon’s experience and desired practice mix.

Collaboration with plastic surgeons, dermatology, wellness providers, injectors, and aesthetic specialists is central to the model. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with refined aesthetic judgment and a disciplined approach to patient selection, safety, and outcomes.
