One of our companies is currently looking for a Chief Operating Officer in United States.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operating Officer to help scale operations, lead enterprise planning, and ensure sustainable, mission-aligned growth. As the internal counterpart to a visionary CEO, the COO will oversee cross-functional performance, optimize systems and structures, and bring operational discipline to an ambitious, high-impact organization. This role will require a balance of strategic oversight and tactical execution across finance, HR, business operations, and performance management during a key phase of rapid organizational growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning and translate multi-year goals into scalable, actionable plans
  • Oversee internal operations including Finance, People/Talent, Business Operations, and Compliance
  • Optimize internal systems, resource allocation, and cross-functional workflows to ensure operational excellence
  • Co-lead senior leadership team, aligning departmental goals and cultivating a culture of performance and transparency
  • Drive organizational design and capacity planning in line with long-term scale and impact goals
  • Manage annual budgeting, compensation strategy, and organizational performance tracking (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Champion a mission-aligned and equity-centered culture through inclusive leadership and team engagement
  • 10–15+ years in executive-level operations roles (COO, Managing Director, etc.) within high-growth tech, nonprofit, or social impact environments
  • Demonstrated success scaling teams, systems, and budgets at or above $40M, including managing 2–3x growth
  • Proven expertise in strategic planning, cross-functional operations, HR/talent development, and financial oversight
  • Strong leadership skills, including managing senior teams and leading organizational change in remote-first environments
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to implementing complex operational frameworks
  • Effective communicator and decision-maker, with a bias for action and data-driven leadership
  • Commitment to mission-driven work and inclusive leadership principles
  • 100% remote position (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
  • Competitive salary ranging from $240,000 to $350,000
