• Develop and maintain the core liquidity story for Board-ready narratives.
• Set standards for research and strategic investment governance.
• Serve as primary operating counterpart to other COOs across the bank.
• Lead liquidity leadership cadence with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Embed risk considerations into strategy, investments, and execution.
