Qualifications

• Master's degree in Hospital Administration, MBA, or related field.
• Proven leadership with extensive hospital administration experience.
• At least eight years in hospital administration with management responsibilities.

Responsabilités

• Directs formulation and implementation of hospital policies and objectives.
• Develops long- and short-term goals, plans and budgets with department heads.
• Resolves staffing, equipment, and facilities issues in collaboration with managers.
• Collaborates with physicians to identify improvement opportunities and adjust programs.
• Leads strategic planning for each service line and oversees major purchases.
• Reviews operations and initiates corrective actions when needed.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and evaluates department managers.
