Job summary

Carbon Performance is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to unite operations, guest experience, and growth across multiple locations. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead day-to-day operations, establish scalable systems, and ensure world-class service.

You will drive profitability, operational excellence, and expansion strategies, developing leaders and SOPs, while partnering with the executive team to realize its vision of a nationally recognized fitness, wellness, and lifestyle brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, hospitality, finance, or related field.
• MBA and/or multi-unit operations experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive leadership in multi-unit operations.
• Minimum 5 years senior executive leadership experience.
• Proven success in fitness, hospitality, or franchise organizations.
• Extensive P&L management and financial accountability.
• Experience opening and scaling multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across all Carbon locations, ensuring service standards.
• Develop scalable operating systems, policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and financial targets with the CEO.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA expansion.
• Oversee group fitness programming, café, recovery services, and partnerships.
• Open new locations with startup playbooks and cross-functional coordination.
• Build leadership teams and succession plans.
