Elevate Search Partners, LLC is partnering with a family-owned business seeking an experienced COO to serve as EOS Integrator and operational leader across multiple sites. You will translate the family vision into actionable plans and drive execution with disciplined accountability.

You will lead day-to-day operations, establish weekly and quarterly rhythms, and ensure the organization remains focused on its most important priorities while growing a healthy leadership culture.

• Seasoned operator with EOS Integrator or multi-site leadership experience.

• Work closely with a visionary family ownership group that has an exciting vision for the future and plenty of ideas about where they want to take the business
• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a multi-site organization, bringing structure, accountability, and consistency across the business while continuing to build on an already strong team
• Serve as the company's EOS Integrator, helping translate the family's vision into an actionable plan and ensuring the organization stays focused on the priorities that matter most
• Lead and facilitate quarterly Level 10 meetings, helping establish, document, and execute meaningful Rocks while keeping the leadership team accountable to its commitments
• Ensure the accountability chart, scorecard, and company KPIs are current, clear, and consistently communicated throughout the organization
• Bring the right balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership, making sure every member of the team understands their role and how their work contributes to the company's overall success
