Elite Recruiting Co. is seeking a Senior Vice President, Business Operations in the Dayton, OH area.

This executive will lead and scale the company’s corporate operations, spanning finance, HR, IT, facilities, marketing, and sales, driving growth through scalable processes and strong governance. The role requires extensive leadership experience across multiple functions, strategic execution, and a proven ability to build capable leaders and robust controls for a regulated, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, HR, or related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in business operations, including leading multiple functions.
• Experience building, restructuring, or scaling organizational operations, processes, systems, and internal controls.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Experience with workforce planning and talent-management functions and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel as required; US citizenship/clearance eligibility beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive oversight of the Company's business operations and ensure scalable operating models.
• Design and improve organizational infrastructure to support growth in workforce, revenue, and facilities.
• Establish ownership, decision authority, escalation paths, and accountability in operations.
• Standardize processes, controls, and policies across assigned functions.
• Collaborate with CEO, VPs, Directors, and functional leaders to align initiatives.
• Provide KPI dashboards and executive reporting on financial, workforce, and operational performance.
