Job summary

Run It Remote, a fast-growing BPO and outsourced-services company, seeks a President / COO to work directly with ownership and drive the company’s operating performance and growth. This is not a maintenance post, but a builder role with autonomy to identify gaps, build infrastructure, recruit leaders, establish accountability, and accelerate execution.

You will target roughly 50% growth while improving margins, expanding into new industries, and developing a stronger, scalable operating system

Qualifications

• Approximately 7+ years of senior operations or executive leadership.
• Experience with direct P&L ownership.
• Experience managing $10M+ in revenue and/or 100+ employees.
• Experience building KPIs and management systems.
• Experience reducing churn or improving retention.
• Experience scaling sales and marketing teams.
• Proven ability to recruit and manage senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Take broad ownership of financial and operating performance with CFO collaboration.
• Establish accountability, scorecards, and leaders across departments.
• Develop proactive client-success organization and retention metrics.
• Lead marketing and customer acquisition strategy and channels.
• Build CRM, KPI dashboards, and forecasting processes.
• Recruit and develop senior leaders and drive rapid execution.
