We’re hiring a COO who can drive results and build momentum—quietly, capably, and with a deep sense of ownership.

ARK Solutions is a founder-led IT staffing firm with global operations, sharp delivery processes, and a reputation for punching above our weight. With a strong presence in both the U.S. and India, we’re now looking for someone who can scale what works, coach what’s struggling, and run day-to-day operations across HR, delivery, tech, finance, and sales support—so our CEO can focus on strategy and growth.

We’ve already built working systems. We don’t need reinvention—we need optimization. You’ll inherit a solid but scrappy foundation and a team that’s ready for leadership. We’re looking for someone who understands how to build trust, drive performance, and lead with calm authority.

This is not a figurehead role. You’ll be in the trenches, solving problems, and leading leaders.

  • Manage and coach department leads (HR, Delivery, Finance, India Ops, Tech, Sales Support)
  • Set and track KPIs, weekly check-ins, and performance dashboards
  • Build hiring discipline, retention strategy, and leadership pipeline
  • Ensure financial discipline across vendor spend, payroll, and internal budgets
  • Maintain compliance and vendor relationships (banks, CPA, benefits, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the CEO to translate strategy into execution
  • Reinforce cross-border alignment between the U.S. and India teams
  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, and balance

  • 8–15 years in operations, leadership, or business management (staffing industry experience is a plus, not required)
  • Strong background in managing multi-department teams and offshore resources
  • Experience implementing and improving operational workflows (bonus for tools like JobDiva, MS Excel, CRM systems)
  • Familiarity with financial oversight (budgets, payroll, vendors)
  • Experience working directly with a founder or executive team
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.; remote, but must reside east of the Mississippi
  • $100,000–$140,000 base salary - can go higher for the right candidate
  • Up to $20,000 annual retention bonus for candidates who stay and deliver impact
  • Flexible working hours and strong team culture
