PureFlow is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to own the day-to-day operations and scale the business from a growing DTC brand perspective. You will collaborate with a peer Operations Officer and lead across systems, automation, and compliance to ensure nothing slips as the company expands in the US and beyond.
You will build and optimize processes, implement AI-driven tools, and manage hiring, onboarding, SOPs, KPI reviews, and vendor relationships to sustain rapid growth while maintaining
We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer - PureFlow
ALL APPLICANTS MUST APPLY THROUGH THE LINK BELOW. APPLICATIONS THROUGH LINKEDIN WILL NOT BE LOOKED AT
5 months ago we were doing $10k/day. Today we're at $150k/day and scaling. We're building the biggest brand in emergency preparedness - a category where people actually need what we sell, not another 60+ women's supplement. Multiple products live, more in development, US 3PL and country expansion next.
You won't be doing it alone. You'll work alongside our other Operations Officer, splitting ownership of the operational spine between you - dividing the areas below by strength, covering each other, and neither of you ever saying \"I thought that was his.\" You'd also join a team of operators in their 20s obsessed with this brand - media buying, creative, CRO, support - all in on one product line.
Referral bonus: know the right person? We'll pay $[1,000] once they're hired and onboarded.
Chief Operating Officer the person who runs the company day to day
You and our other Operations Officer own the operational spine of the business between you, and you're accountable for it end to end. Nothing slips. Where a line below lands on you, it's fully yours, and I stop thinking about it.
Systems & AI - the part we care about most
Every process in this company should end up as a system, and every system should get faster every quarter. You're constantly building new ones: onboarding flows, reporting pipelines, approval chains, inventory alerts, support triage, agency scorecards. Then you're constantly replacing them with better ones. We expect you to be hunting new AI tools weekly, testing them properly instead of collecting subscriptions, and automating work that currently costs us human hours - reporting, data pulls, compliance checks, first-pass screening, anything repeatable. Talk to team heads about what they'd automate if they could, then go build it. If we're doing something manually a year from now that could have been automated today, that's on you. Staying ahead of the curve here isn't a nice-to-have, it's a core part of the job.
Legal & compliance
Product documentation and claims for every existing and new SKU, sourced from suppliers and cleared with our legal team. Third-party batch testing. Meta and platform compliance. Product liability, general liability and D&O insurance. Sales tax nexus in the US and VAT in the EU/UK. GDPR/CCPA and privacy. IP and trademark registration ahead of Amazon and international.
Supply chain & inventory
Demand forecasting, reorder points, stockout prevention, deadstock. US 3PL expansion and shipping optimization. Supplier redundancy - dual-sourcing our top SKUs. Returns and reverse logistics: RMA process, return rate by SKU, refund fraud.
Cash & finance
Weekly and monthly P&L with the legal/finance team. Separately: cash flow forecasting, working capital, inventory financing, supplier payment terms. Annual budget, quarterly targets, scenario planning - the thing we plan against, not just report on.
Risk & continuity
Payment processor redundancy and merchant account health - brands die when a processor drops them with no backup. Ad account and business asset resilience: backup BMs, pixel access, agency accounts, a documented plan for a Friday-night ban. Fraud and abuse: order fraud, promo stacking, affiliate fraud. Crisis playbooks for recall, viral complaint, supplier blowup, processor freeze.
Team & hiring
Own hiring: job posts, screening, candidate calls for company fit. Final call comes to me. Build contract templates per role with legal. Own onboarding, app access, SOPs, and the knowledge base - institutional memory lives in a system, not in DMs. Build and hold monthly KPI reviews with team heads, report performance to me, and bring me the plan when a number is off. Full-cycle performance management, reviews included.
Apps & tooling
Find, vet and own every app the team runs on - chargeback tools, support, analytics, forecasting. Correct integration, no bloat, no silent monthly fees for things nobody uses. Sometimes I'll tell you what we need; you set it up properly.
Growth & expansion
Omnichannel beyond Meta - Google, AppLovin, native. Source agency options or build in-house, bring me the pros and cons, then execute the decision. Country expansion plans: what team we need, what it costs, in what order.
Store & retention as infrastructure
Site uptime, page speed, app bloat, dev management, CRO coordination. Email/SMS list health, deliverability and domain reputation, churn and LTV as operational metrics. Hold every agency - email, creative, media - accountable to the KPIs I set.
Plus the two that quietly cost the most when nobody owns them: a contract and renewal register for every vendor, and metrics discipline on chargeback rate, delivery accuracy, hit rate and processor health, with a plan on my desk before a number becomes a problem.
Not all of this is daily. Some is weekly, some quarterly, some once. All of it is covered between the two of you.
